The chocolate we use contains soy lecithin as a binder.
The chocolate we use does not contain any gluten, glucose, nuts or egg.*
The dark chocolate we use does not contain any lactose and is vegan friendly.**
We receive the dark chocolate from Belgium certified kosher pareve.
However please note we do not use separate utensils in our kitchen.
The dark chocolate we use is free of alcohol and animal products and is therefore Halal.
*We use nuts and peanuts and have ingredients that contain gluten, glucose, egg and lactose on site. Therefore we cannot guarantee 100% that our products do not contain traces any of these ingredients.
**ActicoaTM contains an anhydrous milk fat which makes it lactose free but is not strictly vegan friendly.
