Order deadline Thursday 9am

All orders are picked up by Courier on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and delivered overnight to most destinations- see table below. Country areas can take 5 - 7 working days to deliver. All packages are trackable and must be signed for.

This information will be emailed to you along with the packing slip.


Please note: We are unable to deliver to Post Office Boxes


At the moment we do not ship orders to the Northern Territory or internationally.

For your security we only use PayPalText Box:

  • PayPal enables anyone with an email address to safely send and receive payments online.
  • PayPal is FREE for all purchases in Australian dollars made by Australian PayPal accounts.
  • PayPal is Australia's preferred way to pay online according to the Nielsen Consumer Report 2H 2007.

We use Fastway Couriers for all deliveries Australia Wide. Deliveries must be signed for, so if it is possible please get your order delivered where someone will be able to sign for your shipment during business hours. In the event that the parcel cannot be delivered, a card will be left by the driver explaining how pickup can be arranged.
We take great care with the shipping of your order to ensure that it arrives in optimal condition. To ensure that your order does not get too hot in summer months, we use a 2 box packing method with ample insulation, to keep the temperature from getting too hot inside the box.

Returns and Exchanges

Chocolate Mill will not exchange or refund goods unless they were damaged or faulty when purchased. Chocolate Mill cannot exchange or refund goods due to the perishable nature of chocolate, so please order carefully.

Goods Damaged or Faulty on Delivery
Except where required by law, you must return damaged goods within 14 days of receipt. If a product is later deemed to be faulty, normal warranty conditions for that product apply.

In the event that you receive a defective or damaged product, we will refund the original product price and delivery via the original method of payment. Alternatively, if you request a replacement, we will despatch your replacement item (subject to availability) once we receive the return, at our cost.

Please note that all products that are found to be non-defective will incur the delivery costs of returning the item to Chocolate Mill.
Chocolate Mill will replace any order that has reached you in an unacceptable condition. Although we take great care in packing your chocolates, due to the large amount of nuts in our bars we can not guarantee that they will not break in shipping.
However, we cannot be held responsible if you are not present when your order is delivered, please ensure you get your order shipped where it can be signed for during business hours. Please note that if nobody is available to sign for delivery, a card will be left allowing you to call our courier and arrange another delivery time or pickup from a local post office. Please note an extra fee may be charged by the courier to do this.

Disclaimer
We believe that we have aligned ourselves with excellent delivery partners, but there may be times when, despite their best efforts, parcels are delayed in the delivery process. We will always endeavour to work with our delivery partners to ensure prompt arrival of your products.

Refunds
We can only refund your order if it has not been shipped, once your order has left we can no longer refund your order.
